1. Nature of Second-Hand Clothing

All products sold by Pick & Choose are second-hand garments.
They are not factory-new, but are sourced, graded and supplied to be wearable, resellable and fit for purpose.

2. Product Categories

Pick & Choose operates two stock categories:

A-Grade Sealed Wholesale Bales

These bales are:

  • Supplied sealed by international partners

  • Resold by Pick & Choose in the same sealed condition

  • Not opened, sorted or altered before sale

Because the contents cannot be viewed prior to purchase, sealed bales are sold as-is.

AA-Grade Hand-Pick Sacks

AA-Grade stock is:

  • Hand-selected by our team

  • Retail-ready

  • Clean, wearable and ready to sell

AA-Grade does not mean “new”, but it does mean excellent condition.

Very small or barely visible signs of previous wear may exist in hidden or internal areas (for example, light fabric softening or a tiny mark on the inside of a garment). These do not affect resale and do not qualify as faults.

Only items that are:

  • Torn

  • Broken

  • Heavily stained

  • Clearly and visibly damaged

  • Or not fit for resale

are considered faulty.

3. Returns & Refunds

Sealed Wholesale Bales

No refunds or exchanges are offered on sealed bales.

If an incorrect bale type is shipped in error:

  • Pick & Choose will arrange collection via EPX Couriers at our cost

  • The correct bale will be shipped at our cost

AA-Grade Hand-Pick Sacks

Faulty items may be claimed if:

  • Clear photos are sent within 24 hours of delivery

  • The item falls outside acceptable AA-Grade quality

Minor or hidden signs of wear, or cosmetic details that do not affect resale, do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped nationwide via EPX Couriers.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier network conditions

  • Weather or public holidays

Pick & Choose is not liable for delays outside of our control.

5. Risk & Ownership

Once an order has been collected by EPX Couriers, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Any shipping damage must be reported immediately with photos so a courier claim can be raised.

6. Store Locations

Pick & Choose operates:

  • A wholesale warehouse at 7 Muscat Road, Unit 7, Saxenburg Park, Blackheath

  • A retail and hand-pick store through Adam & Eve Collab at 53 Dorp Street, Stellenbosch

In-store purchases are final unless faulty under AA-Grade rules.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct grade and product type

  • Understanding that all stock is second-hand

  • Reading all product descriptions before purchasing

8. Fair Use Policy

Pick & Choose reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements or future service to any customer who:

  • Repeatedly submits unjustified claims

  • Attempts to return acceptable AA-Grade stock

  • Abuses the returns process
